Western Steer

Sooo i was going into a restaurant here in las vegas, nv today and i look at this one car with longer license plates and notice its says "Western Australia" on it and notice the steering wheel is on the right side.
Can the owner of the vehicle whoever it was drive that around our streets legally.......juss wondering???
yes he/she can and you do not need to go to the DMV.
you are alowed to have a car with out of country plates in the usa for one year (that is if you can prove it is insured in the usa as well) and for the steering wheel on the right yes but it is hard to pass you need to get the hole car onto the other side to see if a car is coming and some times it is to late the other car is there....
