Vintage Escutcheons

For a ranch home built in 1950.
The escutcheons are split (from over tightening). I believe the "Standard" brand is what is currently known as American Standard. Anyone know where I can find a some suppliers of vintage/antique plumbing hardware?
I would like to replace the escutcheons - - the chrome plated beauty rings/cones that surrounding the valve stems. I want to preserve the look of the original, period tiled-in shower.
