Where can I find plans of the green house and solar are also consistent with the restrictions for the revitalization of historic areas

I has a small plot of land in a district of the city, in the old center of North Carolina, where a revitalization project is underway. We were one of the few families who managed to retain ownership of our ancestral farm. The modest houses dating to the late 1800s have mostly been demolished, with a handle being adapted for the restoration. Even if it is not yet written a restriction, developers starting to come will try to build houses in keeping with the style of the original community (small farm and Victorian farmhouse). Is Does anyone know where I can find house plans that have the right "look", but also respond to my own needs for passive solar heating and cooling? Regarding the direction of my fate. All I can say is good luck that I use for a historic district of a small town and was not allowed to replace old windows with double glazed frames you the new window will be made to match.
