I live in Southern NH and will be having my wedding in Greenfield, NH. I want to do a High Tea style with appetizers and desserts. I really want to have tea sandwiches of all kinds. Do you know of a caterer in southern nh that makes this type of sandwich?
Also any other comments or ideas are welcome.

Most caterers make "finger sandwiches", it just means they cut off the crusts and either cut sandwiches small or roll them. As Victorians adored bird cages and white, you could go to thrift stores and buy some old cheap huge bird cages, spray paint them white, adorn with a few silk flowers and have them placed here and there. also Michael's sells small bird cages and you could spray them white, add flowers in your colors and put on tables as centrepieces. Sounds like a really nice wedding reception!
