Set Lock

Okay, Playing basketball today, i had my ipod set on lock to prevent from auto shuffling. I then unlocked my ipod, ( my ipod is the nano with the camera ) and my screen was still locked?
Please help!
Right, that is a big problem, I had the 4th gen and the same happened to me at school when I locked it and put it in my bag. I took it to a big apple store in london and they asked me some questions, the most important was how long ago you got it, I'm guessing it was less than a year ago, if it is then you should be covered. Because the ipods are so small there is no point trying to fix it, that's what they told me. I could get either a replica without ingraving with 10 % off if I recycled the old one or exactly the same offer of 10 % off wth recycling but a new one. I was really upset and angry but then I got the 5th gen and I didn't feel too bad. I was mostly angry because I'd had to pay £100 plus for something that wasn't my fault, there's only one thing for it, got to the store, they might fix it, but probs not, if not then ask to recycle it for 10 % off a new one, get a different colour, I did, it helps if you were bored of the old one, if you need more help e-mail me below:
