Pad Lock

I have a pad lock on a door and I only have one key. It's a masterlock or something that I bought. My question is, can you copy those kinds of keys? If I take it into a store that makes key copies, can they do that?
Yes. For standard Master lock padlock keys, and similar style ones, it usually runs about 1.25-2.00$ for a key duplicate.
If it was a very cheap lock (like a Master lock warded padlock), the cost of the keys might be as much or more than the lock. If this is the case, you are better off buying a new one, as not only will the keys you duplicate in the future be cheaper, but the lock will be more secure.
