Knob Brass

I remember the paint store clerk to tell me what could be done. Without going back, can someone please tell me how and what do I need? The most used buttons are now shiny brass instead of bronze rustic ... and these buttons are used very all in my kitchen. Maybe I should eat instead and just shut the doors!
Even if the factory finish has worn off, then you know what that you will wear out too. For this reason, I would go with the simplest solution possible. Why spend so much time doing this "right" when it will wear off anyway? I would use some craft paint (available JoAnn or elsewhere) in bronze and copper. Get both because they are only a buck a bottle and when I did my lighting, I found that I had need to use a portion of each for the bronze medal I wanted. Dab on a sponge or paint. Try to hold out so as not to feel "texture to it." Once dry, hit the buttons with a spray lacquer finish to last a little longer and he joined in. and eat out more.
