Bleeding Hearts flowers. Is this plant for hanging baskets sorted. What a car tire?

I have a bleeding heart flower and I'm not sure what would be the best location of the plant. Would it be sorted in the ground or a hanging basket. I have a car tire that I to plant a plant? Any advice would be great. Thank you.

I would say DONT put it in the pot as it would not have enough room to grow the tire would be better but in time the roots would be too big for the tire to support suggested I should put it into the soil as the roots have a little more room to travel
