what will happen when the ozone hole covers the earth?

If this happens first of all the normal temperature will rise.All the snow will melt ,as it is happening even now.But the immediate effect will be on the delicate organisms like the icthyophis(blind worm).It will perish soon.Then next will be turn of higher animals they will all develop some mutations due to over exposure to UV rays.These may be lethal ones.Hence,slowly the life will change.Or it may be the end of earth.
