Cabinet Hinges

I'm looking for a hinge system set up a small firm to a wall at the ceiling to be able to pull down the wall and level of work while keeping parallel to wall. I can not find someone that provides such a system. It might be spring, pneumatic, hydraulic or compensation (or not), but the nearest I come from is a cabinet hinge plate in place. I think a "lazy Z" style hinge capable of bracketing a wall stud and the back or inside the cabinet. Suggestions?
