What is the value of Bird's Eye Maple?

I have a full size bed , four drawer dresser and a vanity w/ mirror from the 1920's. I would like to sell.

About the same as cherry or oak furniture. The value, I suppose, is the fact that it's a solid-wood set from the 1920's. Bird's eye is a high-valued wood, but usually in raw form (for builders, etc). It's valued in furniture as well, but pretty much the same as other hardwoods. Good luck on selling it, you should be able to get a nice price.
