I am looking for an exterior door lock the can log usage, restrict hours and shut off specific keys if needed. This is for a Masonic lodge and we need to monitor when other organizations meet there. We are looking for something that is economic, yet durable and reliable.
Also, how would one check the log to see what the activities have been?

The Technology is available, but it ain't cheap, we're talking thousands of dollars per door plus hundreds per key or swipe card.
Listen Brother, I understand your goal and intention here, but let me assure you that after working for many years in a state prison system, there is NO technology that replaces good key management, knowing who and restricting who has keys and when.
If you do not have trust in the other organizations using the Lodge or cannot rely on a Brother or Fellow to act as custodian to manage ingress and egress and act as a chaperon to the other groups when necessary then it is time to tell those other groups to find a new home.
If that is not an option, try a combination style lock box (like real estate agents use) combined with a closed circuit TV camera and recorder. You will achieve the same basic measure of security for far less money.
