Iron Grape

i dont like fruits or veggies at all! the ones ill eat are apples, carrots, grapes, uncooked spinach and lettuce. im planning on making smoothies with fat free yogurt and fruit and spinach (i hear it'll add iron without changing the taste...have you tried it- does it work?). i really hate cooked veggies! what do you think of my smoothie plan? any other tips or tricks?
If you limit yourself to certain foods you will get tired of them and it will not work for you.
Eat normally, watch portion size. That is the main thing that hurts people that eat too much or want to loose weight. If you really understood portion sizes you would be surprised.
Eat six time a day breakfast, snack, lunch, snack dinner, snack. You will actually be telling your body you are going to feed it and it will work for you instead of against you.
Get your daily water in and if you find it hard to eat vegetables try the V-8 Tomato Juice, the Spicy one is very good.
