What kind of style is this and were can I buy clothes like these at a fair price?

I'm not really sure what the exact style is called, but I wouldn't go to Urban Outfitters if you want to save money. I love the store, but they are a little expensive. I wear a similar style, and I usually shop at Forever 21, great and fair prices, and Charlotte Russe, also great prices and good deals too. These stores are usually found in Malls. Another good store, but expensive, would be Up Against The Wall, but I'm not entirely sure if they are all over the nation or just where I live. Oh! And Papaya, they have good clothes for good prices, but again, I'm not sure if they have them in every location, but they do have a website.
