cant find antique door knobs!?

my husband and I are remodeling an old home and it has the original doors in all the bedrooms and the bathroom and I would like to keep them as they add to the character of the home.. however some of the doorknobs are missing and I can't seem to find them anywhere I have found lots of antique looking door knobs but they will not fit these doors any suggestions on where I could find them will be appreciated!

I take it you don't know who made them but here is what I suggest. If you can take a photo and make some copies. Take them to your local hardware store and explain the problem to them. Hopefully they or someone they come in contact with will recognize the brand and can help you out. Hope this helps.
